Paperport is a file management software application developed by the Nuance Communications that enables the user to easily copy, scanning, organize, and manage the documents and other files to their computer. Paperport allows the users to organize their large piling files into a neat and searchable digitized form or PDFs of their documents in the computer. It also makes the documents searchable for fast and easy use.

Nuance Communications Inc. brought us an upgraded version of the Paperport, --the Paperport. Paperport possesses several new special features that make it convenient and efficient to use. Paperport has a privacy security feature to ensure that the files will be between the computer, the software and the user only. It also allows the user to learn and explore the application with ease and convenience because of its intuitive interface and guide. Not only do Paperport stores the files, but it can convert image captured documents into PDF files that can be edited just like the printed version of it. It could also easily connect to network folders and share it according to what a user want to do with the files. Lastly, the Paperport  works with speed making the user productive even at a very limited time.

If the Paperport individual is too personal to cater the user’s preferences, there is also an upgrade of Paperport for business: the Paperport professional and Paperport enterprise . These upgrades have additional features other than the ones present in the Paperport. One special feature of the Paperport upgrades is that it can now use the service of the cloud software by using web browsers. Paperport offers available free apps from other companies such as Apple inc. making it available and easier to transfer files from androids, tablets, iphones and smart phones to a computer.
